The second edition of Alícia Awards has returned coinciding with the Worldwide Music Day: June 21th. Catalan Academy of Music has organized a celebration meeting around music, as it usually does with the Invitation to Music event, incorporating the proclamation of Alícia Awards 2021.
The event, produced and streamed by Digital Films, was attended by the President of the Academy, Gerard Quintana, the creator of Alícia Awards statue, Carme Solé Vendrell, the musical performances of Joan Chamorro and Sant Andreu Jazz Band, and Academy members Berta Bonet and Natxo Tarrés, in charge of making public this year’s awarded list, chosen by the more than forty entities linked to the entity.
The event streaming can be retrieved both on TV3 a la Carta platform, where it has also been broadcasted, and on the youtube Alícia Channel of the Catalan Academy of Music.
