Kaleidoscope is an entertaining series, with endearing characters and an irreverent point, which aims to arouse the interest of boys and girls in the art of cinema.
Pics is 11 years old and, after living in Australia for many years, has returned to the neighborhood. From now on, he will spend many afternoons at his grandparents’ house, share his tribulations, and meet new friends.
The cinema run by her grandfather, the Kaleidoscope, is about to close and her grandmother’s business of forging works of art is in full swing. Pics will find out that the pendant that his grandfather, who belonged to Georges Méliès, gave him is magical. Thanks to the pendant, Pics will have the opportunity to travel to another dimension and delve into all kinds of images: in films, paintings, video games and cinematographic devices.
This superpower will be an opportunity to live great adventures and will also help grandparents, friends, the neighborhood but … Will our protagonist be a superheroine or will he be scolded?

Kaleidoscope is a multimodal entertainment experience that aims to open the doors to the fascinating world of cinema and arouse the curiosity and interest in knowledge and audiovisual creation of children and young people.
Kaleidoscope also wants to be an experience that promotes shared readings through play, creation, and interaction. We propose a cross-platform environment in order to achieve these goals and include the diversity and complexity of the processes of reception, reading and creation of images according to the predisposition of the audience.
